FAI Sporting licence :
All competitors must ensure they have a current FAI Sporting licence before travelling to an FAI event. FAI Sporting Licences must be obtained via your National Airsport Control.
FAI Suspended Members
Some countries may be suspended from time to time. Competitors from these countries are not allowed to participate in FAI Sporting Events until the suspension is lifted (see General Section 3.6.1).
The following FAI Members are currently suspended:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Georgia
- Jordan
- Korea (People's Dem. Rep.)
- Oman (OMAN NATIONAL FREE FALL TEAM)
- Peru
- Vietnam (LIÊN DOÁN THÊ THAO HÁNG KHÔNG VIÊT NAM)

It is a competitor's responsibility to ensure that he/she is eligible to compete in an event before to travel to that event. A competitor from one of the above listed suspended countries must know that he/she will not be authorized to participate in any FAI event until his/her country's suspension is lifted.
