Room Rates
- Standard room (1 person): EUR 129 / night
- Standard room (2 persons): EUR 149 / night
- Rates include buffet breakfast and VAT.
Booking and Payment
- Reservations are made individually by each participant. All bookings from the allotment must be made no later than 20 September 2025.
- A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
- Payment will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival.
- Cancelation policy: Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Airport transfer
The Clarion Hotel Aviapolis is easily accessible from the airport:
- By Train: Take the "I" train from the airport to Aviapolis Station (2 minutes). The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station. Purchase an AB zone ticket at the airport or via the HSL app , pay by credit/debit card (price €3,40).
- By Taxi: Approx. 5–10 minutes. Fare around €15–25.
Visa Requirements for Entry to Finland
The Organiser undertakes to make every reasonable effort to provide unrestricted entry to the country for all participants (see FAI Statutes, article 3.3.1., 3.3.2. and FAI By-Laws, chapter 3.1.)
Participants from countries not eligible for an e-Visa may request an official invitation letter from the organiser to support their visa application. For such requests please contact Timo Hyvönen.
