Session A: FAI Admin Lab: Enhancing Administrative Efficiency
- This interactive workshop is tailored for NAC representatives seeking to strengthen their administrative capabilities. Participants will receive practical guidance on FAI Sporting Licence management, record process submission, delegate and awards nominations, and effective use of the FAI members’ communication platform. The session aims to assist best use of FAI existing tools and service across the air sports community.
Session B: Going Behind the Horizon: Storytelling for Air Sports
- This strategic session is dedicated to advancing the visibility and engagement of air sports through effective communication and outreach. Attendees will benefit from the insights of experts, including best practices from multi-sport environments and keynote perspectives on communication at major international air sports events. A featured case study will highlight the remarkable growth of young glider pilots in Finland, demonstrating the transformative power of targeted youth engagement. Participants will leave inspired and better equipped to amplify their own air sports narratives.
Session C: Women in Air Sports – Mentorship Pledge: Building a Supportive Community
- This interactive workshop is dedicated to increase female participation within air sports by encouraging collaboration among all participants. Further details provided closer to the conference.
Session D: Clean Sport, Mental Balance, and the Competitor’s Voice
- This comprehensive session addresses the critical themes of safety, integrity, and well-being within air sports communities. Expert presentations will cover the latest in anti-doping efforts, practical approaches to mental health, and stress management for athletes. The session will also include direct input from competitors, ensuring that the stakeholder’s perspective is central to the discussion. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge and resources to support clean sport and holistic well-being in their organisations.
Session E: One Airspace, Shared Responsibility: Navigating Regulatory Challenges
- This session brings together stakeholders from across the aviation sector - including civil aviation authorities, and sporting organisations to address shared regulatory challenges. Topics will include environmental sustainability, emissions and noise regulation, and advocacy for equitable airspace access. Expert speakers from EASA and EAS will provide policy updates and outline collaborative strategies to preserve and protect shared airspace for the global air sports community

- Highlighting air sports as a dynamic and forward-thinking sector, this session will showcase recent technological advancements and innovative practices in FAI events. Presentations will feature new tools for competition safety, event management, and community engagement, as well as successful initiatives in tracking and broadcast technology. Participants will hear directly from FAI commissions and partners, gaining insight into how innovation is driving progress and opening new opportunities within air sports.
Session G: The Road Ahead: Shaping a Resilient and Future-Ready FAI
- Concluding the FAI Forum, this interactive town hall session offers all participants the opportunity to engage directly with the FAI President, NAC Representatives, FAI Commission Representatives and FAI Secretary General. In a relaxed Q&A format, delegates and stakeholders are invited to raise questions, share perspectives, and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing FAI and the global air sports community. This session is designed to encourage transparent dialogue, foster collective problem-solving, and support a shared vision for a resilient and future-ready FAI.
