Registration now open for the 119th FAI General Conference
Registration is now open for the 119th FAI General Conference, taking place from 22 to 24 October 2025 in Vantaa, Finland.
The FAI General Conference is the annual gathering of Member Delegates to discuss key air sports topics, make strategic decisions, and help shape the Federation’s future. It also offers a valuable opportunity to share ideas, exchange experiences, and strengthen global collaboration.
In 2025, the collaborative spirit of the General Conference will be enhanced by a new forum titled “Working Better Together.” Designed to encourage practical cooperation among FAI stakeholders, it will feature workshops, keynotes, and roundtable discussions—providing space for open dialogue, innovative thinking, and joint problem-solving. The forum aims to strengthen communication, align priorities, and foster a more unified approach to the future of air sports.
Who can attend the Conference?
Participants include representatives from Active and Associate Members, International Affiliate Members, FAI Elected Officers, Presidents of Honour, Honorary Patrons, Corporate Patron representatives, Companions of Honour, and Presidents of FAI Commissions or their designated substitutes.
Observers may attend with prior approval from their respective Active or Associate Member organisations, with advance notice to FAI and the organising Member.
