The second event was in an alpine environment with a "Start to Finish" (or "A to B") track. This means the track was not based on a loop but with a start gate and a finish gate located at different points.

The length of the track was 2,75 km.

The drone to fly was the Standard model with its default settings implemented in the simulator.

COMPETITION - First PART - Saturday AUGUST 3 FROM 2:00 PM UTC +02:00

The 57 pilots from the qualification stage participated to the first part of the competition.

The first part included 8 races with 7 or 8 pilots per race. The 4 best placed pilots in each race had been qualified for the second part of the competition (32 pilots concerned in total); the other pilots being eliminated.

COMPETITION - SECOND PART - SUNday AUGUST 4 FROM 2:00 PM UTC +02:00

The second part of the competition concerned the 32 pilots qualified from the first part of the competition. All races were planned with 4 pilots per race. So, this part included 1/8th finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals (16 races in total). The 2 best-placed pilots had been qualified for the next round, the other pilots being eliminated.

This part had been livestreamed with an English language commentator with possibility to access in real time on the FAI YouTube channel, EreaDrone YouTube and Twitch channels.
