E-Drone Racing World Cup

The third event will take place in the Harbour environment with a "Start to Finish" (or "A to B") track. This means the track is not based on a loop but with start and finish gates located at different points.

The length of the track is 1,5 km.

For this third 2024 FAI e-Drone Racing World Cup event, the drone available for the event will be again restricted to the following model (Standard), with its default settings.

COMPETITION - First PART - Saturday SEPTEMBER 7 FROM 2:00 PM UTC +02:00

The 41 pilots from the qualification stage are selected for the first part of the competition;

The first part includes 8 races with 5 or 6 pilots per race. The 4 best placed pilots in each race will be qualified for the second part of the competition (32 pilots concerned in total).

COMPETITION - SECOND PART - SUNday SEPTEMBER 8 FROM 2:00 PM UTC +02:00

The second part of the competition concerns the 32 pilots qualified from the first part of the competition. All races are run with 4 pilots per race. So, this part includes 1/8th finals, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals (16 races in total). The 2 best-placed pilots will be qualified for the next round, and the other pilots will be eliminated.
